A judge has said that he wouldn't allow an objection by Fox Sports to stand regarding its statement that the sale of the Los Angeles Dodgers and their media rights to future games as part of a plan to help the team emerge from bankruptcy. According to a sports website, United States Bankruptcy Judge Kevin Gross suggested at the end of the lengthy hearing that he would allow the plan for the Dodgers to sell their media rights to go through starting with games that would be played in 2014, which is a fairly significant part of the settlement reached by current owner Frank McCourt.
