There has been a rather insignificant drop in the price of gold in the past year and it would seem that since September the drop in the value of gold has dropped an average of about 1%, which is the first decline in value experienced by Atlanta gold buyers in about three years. If the dollar weakens further in the first quarter of 2012 it is likely that the price of gold will remain high and many investment experts expect that to be the case. Declines in silver were likewise very small over the course of the last quarter of the year.
